Shiny finish with electropolishing

 Electropolishing

By dissolving the outer surface layer of the material, the crystal structure of the coating appears and the coating thus acquires the properties of the base material.

The process does not move or flatten the material. The surface also lacks any impurities and has an extremely good uniformity, the surface's, electropolishing means that it is virtually sterile, which has led to the widespread use of technology in the areas of high hygiene requirements such as the food and pharmaceutical industries.

Electropolishing can be performed on most building metals, but its widest use is on stainless and acid-resistant steel, based on the good results it can achieve. Compared to mechanical polishing, electrolytic polishing can easily be performed on hard-to-reach surfaces of goods requiring coating treatment.
