Collected personal data is used:
Respondents’ personal information is created in the registry by completing forms for electronic transactions and customer feedback and contact requests. The personal data stored in the forms is only used for the purpose for which the customer has filled in the form.
When filling in the form, it is worth noting that social security numbers or other confidential information should not be entered, except for the forms where it is requested.

The company’s legal basis for processing personal data is the data subject’s consent to this when the person sends the form to the company with the information they filled in on the website.

The register information is obtained directly from the customers when the form is sent.

Some of the external service or software providers used by the company may store data outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
If data is transferred to Google’s servers in the USA and stored there, the American company Google LLC is certified for the Privacy Shield arrangement in accordance with the data protection agreement between the EU and the USA. 11. Registry protection
The data is transferred via a secure connection to the email server. The registrar manages the storage of the register and the data contained in it in accordance with good data processing practice.

We use the Google reCaptcha service on our pages to verify that the user of the form is a real person and to avoid useless (spam) messages from bots. Use of the service requires you to send your IP address and possibly other data to Google. The user’s IP address is sent to Google’s servers in anonymized form. 13. Rights of the data subject
The registered person has the right to check which information about him has been stored in the personal data register. A written inspection request must be sent signed to the person responsible for registry matters.
The data subject has the right to demand the correction or deletion of incorrect or out-of-date data or the transfer of data from one system to another. He also has the right to limit or object to the processing of his data in accordance with Articles 18 and 21 of the EU Data Protection Regulation.
The registered person has the right to withdraw the previously given consent to data processing or to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority about matters relating to the processing of his personal data. The data subject also has the right to refuse the use of his data for direct marketing purposes.
